Naud Rum Venezuela 12 Year Old Golden Rum is an exceptional spirit crafted by the Noble And Unusual Distillery, established in 1923 by French Master Distillers. This rum is aged for 12 years in the ideal climate of Venezuela, where the combination of hot, humid days and cool, dry nights allows for perfect maturation in ex-Bourbon casks. To enhance its complexity, the rum is then further aged for 6 months in French oak casks that once held Cognac, in the humid Naud family cellars. The result is a rum with a delicate nose of mocha, muscovado sugar, coconut, and cedarwood. On the palate, it reveals a silky, structured complexity with notes of patisserie, roasted coffee beans, and fig ham. The finish is soft and persistent, with lingering vanilla and spice notes.
